Art objects (including design and furniture)

Due to the fact that art is an individually defined subject encumbered with intellectual rights, including exclusive right (property right) and personal non-property rights provided by the Civil legislation of the Russian Federation on intellectual property rights, Art is not considered to be a commodity (Federal Law of the Russian Federation on Consumers Rights Protection and other government regulations regarding the sale, exchange and /or return of Goods).

Thus, the Art cannot be exchanged and /or returned. The buyer has the right to refuse to accept the order only on the day of delivery. If the buyer refuses to accept the order, the Seller must return the full payment to the Buyer, excluding the delivery expenses.

In case of return, the refund for an art object will be transferred to the buyer’s account used for the payment within 10 working days of the buyer’s request for return.
